After his experience in some of the best hotels in the world, Alessio Rossi
comes to the Splendide Royal after four years as Executive Chef at the nearby Grand Hotel Eden.
Based on these principles, the new specialties of our 5 star cuisine are created: the Gran Carta and the menu of Flambé Specialties, with dishes being prepared in front of our guests.
The Flambé Specialties
This culinary art is known by gastronomic experts as “flambé”: the meal is covered with alcohol and then set afire to accentuate its taste.
All of the flambé specialties on our menu are prepared in the dining room in front of the guests.
Following this tradition, our chef Alessio Rossi and our Maître’d suggest trying this traditional cooking method, that you can enjoy from a location with a spectacular view of Lake Ceresio.
